  1. What is wrong coming from UK? The passed PCR and knew that even in Copa America where Brazilian could play within 4 days of arrival? Please CBF fake? CONMEBOL, AFA, CBF all agreed to let these 4 to play considering the PCR negative tests ..
Looks like the Braz Gov also sent an e-mail 50 mins to the Arg Delegation that they missed .. go to the hotel and arrest if they violated it! CBF is responsible with CONMEBOL! SHAME!

  2. It is Brazilian territory and I Brazilian law, they were luck because they didn't end in jail, and if you think different, just answer honestly the question, what would happened to them if they have broken the quarantine in UK?

  3. Hefty fine for Brazil as they could have nipped this before the game, and a lengthy ban for the Argentines who lied. Also, it's pretty dumb that the FAs are leaving this paperwork up for players to do

  4. For those who want to understand the situation from the Anvisa point of view here it is:
The 4 Argentinian players entered brazil falsifying the entering documentation. Saturday Anvisa did a huge meeting and told, Afa, comenbol and everyone the 4 players should be quarantined inside the hotel and not allowed to leave the hotel. Comenbol and the agencies tried to reach the government to get a special permission for the players, but the agency was in a holiday. They expected for the best and went against Avisa, 3 hours before the match Anvisa once again emitted a statement, saying the players should be quarantined inside the hotel. Players went to the stadium field. Anvisa agents tried to approach the 4 players before the game, but Argentina’s lockers was locked from the inside. Anvisa agents entered the field to remove the 4 players, not stop the game. Argentina made the decision to leave the match. 2 Argentinian players harassed the Anvisa official who entered the field. For me they got lucky, they did not get arrested. About William entering and not doing quarantine, he is a Brazilian citizen. There is a law that says Brazilian citizens, who re-enter the country are not required to quarantine.

  5. So on Saturday they had a four hour meeting and it was decided all of the players could play. Then on Sunday, three hours before the match they decided the players couldn’t play? Did I understand this correctly?

  6. I'll say award 3:0 to Argentina for Brazilian federation not providing conditions for the match to take place. I think home team needs to make sure the stadium exists, is accessible, etc…

  7. There was an official warm up session on the pitch, players shaking hands, a whole national anthem ceremony and FIVE minutes of intense football being played… how could the authorities take not have interfered much sooner ??

  8. It seems that a lot of people on youtube lack comprehension skills cause this guy and multiple other sources have been saying the same thing. AFA, CONMEBOL and BFA thought they were above the laws. AFA block the players being questioned at the hotel and dressing room so this was the only option. Many of you haven't been to Brazil since this pandemic so you have no idea what they are experiencing there. I've seen people who I normally play ball within the streets drop like flies so yeah so ANVISA has to do what they think is best. Let's not even begin to call out the double standard being ignored here cause these players will have to quarantine when they return to England for 10 days before they can play football so why should Brazil be any different.
