Argentina's problem is bigger then Messi! since 2006 Argentina has 6-7 different coaches, their worst coach was Maradona who actually one of the main reason of the bad career of Messi with national!! their best coach was Sabella from 2011-14, he led the team to WC final then they decided to let him go. Then they got Martino a good coach, led them to Copa America final and again the federation decided to let him go. Then they go Sampaoli just 1 year before WC 18 and he almost failed to qualify Argentina if it wasn't for Messi. Now Argentina in WC and their only preparation was playing against Haiti!!!! The only reason people were hoping that Argentina will do good in WC is because of Messi.

Who appointed Sampaoli at the first place. He didn't seem to be fit to manage a world class team. Dude, this is world cup football, happens once in four years. We needed a better coach at this time. How could he exclude Icardi, make Dybala sit at the bench and play aguero only in the second half. Sampaoli managed to give games to likes of Meza, perez, pavon etc. I haven't heard about these players before this world cup. Poor team selection and poor tactics done by Mr. Coach led to debacle. Poor Messi lost his last chance.
